Booking policies
Patch tests
Patch tests are optional but recommended 24–48 hours before your appointment, especially if you’ve never had your lashes done before or have any existing allergies. If you choose not to have a patch test and a reaction or allergy occurs, HummiLashes cannot be held liable for this.
Deposits & payment
A non-refundable deposit is paid online at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This is deducted from your total service cost. If you book with a deposit rather than paying in full, the remaining balance is due in cash at your appointment.
Lateness
If you’re more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, a £5 late fee will apply.
Before you arrive
- Please arrive with clean lashes — no eye or face makeup/products.
- Remove contact lenses before your appointment, if you wear them.
- Remove your shoes when you come inside.
- Style your hair comfortably — you’ll be lying flat for your treatment.
Consultation & consent
Before your appointment you’ll be asked to fill in a short consultation form covering relevant medical history, and we’ll go through an agreement about the procedure together. Once this is signed, HummiLashes cannot be held liable for any potential damages (e.g. allergic reactions) covered by that agreement.
